The fleet is the view, not the report

Wialon keeps service intervals in a unit’s properties, one unit at a time, and answers what is due by running a report. The data here is the same; the question is turned round. The fleet is the default view, and a unit is what you open because something on it needs attention.

Each interval counts on whichever axis matches the work — kilometres for tyres, engine hours for a generator, calendar days for an inspection — and carries its own warning window, so due arrives when the workshop would say it does.

The invoice lives with the work

A completed service is a record rather than a tick: the parts, the labour, what it cost, where it was done and the paperwork that proves it. The attachment stays with the unit, so the history outlives whoever filed it.

Closing a service schedules the next one from the reading at the time of the work rather than from the day somebody got round to closing it, which is the difference between an interval that drifts and one that holds.

Two hundred intervals, or an afternoon

Building a service plan one unit at a time is the reason most fleets do not have one. Intervals are created in bulk over a filtered selection, so every van, oil at 15 000 km, warn at 14 000 is a single action.

Frequently asked questions

Does this replace the service intervals built into Wialon? +

No, and it does not touch them. It reads the same mileage and engine-hour data your account already produces and runs alongside whatever you have configured in unit properties. Nothing migrates and nothing in Wialon changes.

Can I use maintenance without the rest of FleetTAB? +

Yes. The module is also published on its own in the Wialon Marketplace, which is this same section with the other three left out. Both connect with the same API token, so moving from one to the other costs nothing.

What happens when a service is completed? +

You record the work — parts, labour, cost, location, notes and any attachments — and the next occurrence is scheduled from the reading at the time of the service rather than from the date it was closed.

What does it cost? +

Nothing on your own Wialon account. Partners who resell it under their own brand pay per application per month, which is described on the white-label page.
