Dashboards — a board per question, not per template

A Wialon report is a template configured once and run afterwards. A FleetTAB dashboard is the other way round: you pick the cards, choose the metric behind each one, and arrange them for the question you actually ask.

The unit selection and the period apply to the whole board, so comparing last month to this one is two clicks rather than two report runs.

Trips — a month of driving, tagged in one pass

Trips arrive from Wialon already detected. What FleetTAB adds is the part that makes them a logbook: a status, a driver, a note — and the ability to write all three across a filtered selection at once.

Business and private are there by default; beyond them you define your own statuses, stored on the trip and carried into every export.

Eco-driving — scores that open into the evidence

Scores come from the same Wialon data your account already produces — harsh braking, acceleration, cornering, speeding — and each one opens into the violations behind it, with times and places.

The thresholds and weights are settings rather than a vendor's opinion, which matters because a delivery van and a tipper truck do not brake the same way.

Maintenance — intervals counted against real odometers

Intervals run by mileage, engine hours or date, counted against the readings Wialon already reports. A service becomes due because the vehicle drove, not because somebody remembered to update a spreadsheet.

Each completed service is a record with its date, cost, notes and files — the invoice, the inspection report, the photo of the part — kept on the unit where the next person will look.

Frequently asked questions

Does FleetTAB store my fleet's data? +

Wialon stays the source of truth. FleetTAB reads from it over the API and writes back only what you edit inside FleetTAB — trip statuses, driver assignments and service records — so switching FleetTAB off leaves the Wialon account exactly as it was.

What access does the token need? +

Enough to read units, trips, sensors, driver assignments and analytics, and to write the fields FleetTAB edits. Wialon expresses access as a flag value on the token, and whatever you issue is revocable from Wialon at any moment.

How big an account does it handle? +

Trip lists in the tens of thousands stay usable, because tables are virtualised rather than paginated — only the visible rows are rendered, so filtering and bulk selection keep working at that size.

Can I use only one part of it? +

Yes. Eco-driving, maintenance and utilization each ship as standalone applications, which is how partners deploy a single module to a customer who does not need the rest.
